Patient Experience of Care Survey Results

Physician offices across the State of Michigan are voluntarily participating in a patient survey project. The scores are based on feedback from patients who answered questions about their experiences with care they received from their primary care providers (?).

Providers use the survey results to help improve what they do, the way they provide care and offer the best experience for their patients.

The scores in the map below indicate how often patients in each region rated their provider highly (score of 9 or 10). View a sample of the survey.

Click on the map to see more results organized by region and to find a list of the Physician Organizations and practices included in each region.

These survey results were collected in 2015. Survey responses for 2016 are currently being collected.

Patients' Rating of the Provider
